Policies and Information
Registration: For all new students there is a one-time registration fee of $20. If parents have a current student in BWM programs the registration charge is $10. The Registration Form provides pertinent information.  Parents of ALL returning students need only to provide necessary updates of information at the beginning of fall term
Costume Deposit: All students (6-18yr) dancing in Spring Performance are to pay $20 Costume deposit by November 1, 2013. Students performing are to expect extra rehearsals in spring. Schedule will be posted for 3 Saturdays in April. First Saturday in May is Dress Rehearsal.
Attendance: Students are to be on time for class. If there is a necessary absence, please call or text me a message (928-242-5649). A makeup class will be designated.
Parent Viewing:  There are designated weeks for parents to attend a full class to observe the development of their student(s) through the year.
Communication: Please check your email frequently. I will send important announcements. I will post some in the show case at studio. At times flyers are sent home. I will also text at times such as a snow day.

Class rules- no jewelry or wrist bands and no gum. Hair is to be pinned up and stay in bun or braid etc. Ballet shoes should be put on once inside studio, not worn outside on pavement. It wears the shoes out more quickly and brings soil into studio.
Please see that on the morning of class day all dance items are clean & ready, including hair, especially if there is only a short time from school to class.

Checks for tuition –                  Make out to “Ballet White Mountains”

My expectation from all students is respect and consideration shown to others, demonstrated through the student’s speech and behavior. We are going to do some exciting things this year. I am looking forward to your sons and daughters to be a part of Ballet White Mountains. As always, I appreciate the parents’ encouragement and enthusiastic support.
